How do I download my resume?
Open your resume, tap Export, and choose PDF or DOCX. On the free plan, PDFs carry a small watermark — a Job Pass or any paid plan unlocks clean PDF and Word downloads.
Why didn't my ATS score change?
Your score updates live as you edit. If it didn't move, the change probably didn't affect the things ATS systems weigh — keywords, length, or quantified results. Paste a job description to get keyword-match scoring against that specific posting.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed where you bought them: on iOS, Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Subscriptions; on the web, your Account page. Cancelling stops renewal — you keep access until the period ends.
Is my resume data private?
Yes. Your resume content is private to your account and never sold. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@resumeskey.com and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data.
